Beauty and Talent - Astana 2016 21.11.2016

The IV City competition, Beauty and Talent -Astana 2016, took place from November 19th to the 20th in the Pupils’ Palace as a part of the 25th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The PF children foundation, Ak kogershin, along with the Board of Education of Astana organized a vocal, choreography, kids’ fashion, folk performance and dramatic reading competition. Kindergartens and students aged 4 to 17 participated.

The competition was organized to foster patriotism and further develop national culture, ideas about moral integrity, national cohesion and development as well as to support children’s arts and crafts in Kazakhstan.

9 students of Miras International School participated in the “Vocal” category.

Marks criteria: “Acting skills”, “Stage culture”, “Selection and correspondence of repertoire to performers’ age”.

Toys and calendars were presented to all participants, and teachers were awarded with letters of gratitude.

Along with that, a letter of gratitude was given to the Head of “Miras” school Mrs. Yelena M. Khamitova.
